Whole-Space Decontamination

When a single wipe-down is not enough — an outbreak in a daycare, a rodent infestation in a basement, a home after a long illness — we treat the whole space as a system: contain it, scrub the air, remove the source, disinfect every surface, and hand you a clearance report.

Equipment

What we bring to the job

Professional-grade tools matter — they decide whether your space gets surface-cleaned or actually restored. Here's the gear we use on every decontamination job.

ULV Fogger + Electrostatic Sprayers
Fogging treats the air and every exposed surface in a room; electrostatic sprayers wrap the high-touch points. Together they cover what hand wiping misses.
HEPA Negative Air Machines
Commercial air scrubbers pull airborne particles, spores and dust through HEPA filtration while we work — and keep them from migrating to clean rooms.
Benefect Decon 30 (Botanical)
Thyme-oil-based EPA-registered disinfectant with a 30-second kill claim on the label. No bleach, no harsh fumes — used in homes with children, seniors and pets.
Hospital-Grade Disinfectants
EPA List N products for outbreak response in commercial spaces where a broader kill claim is required.
Containment + Zone Control
Plastic barriers and negative pressure so the dirty side stays dirty until we are done and the clean side stays clean.
ATP Meter + Clearance Report
Before/after swab readings on high-touch and structural surfaces, compiled into a written clearance you can share with staff, tenants or an inspector.
Process

How we do it

Same six-step process every time, so you know exactly what to expect.

  1. 1
    Scope the space
We walk the property, identify the source (illness, rodents, sewage, hoarding) and define the rooms and systems included.
  2. 2
    Contain + scrub the air
Barriers up, negative air running. HEPA scrubbers run for the duration of the job.
  3. 3
    Remove the source
Droppings, nesting, contaminated soft goods, spoiled contents — bagged, removed and disposed of properly.
  4. 4
    HEPA clean every surface
Ceilings to floors, inside cabinets, behind appliances. Disinfectant is wasted on a dusty surface, so this step is not skipped.
  5. 5
    Disinfect + fog
Electrostatic application on high-touch points, ULV fogging for the full room volume, full contact time honored.
  6. 6
    Verify + clear
ATP readings and a written clearance report. Optional third-party air sampling for insurance or landlord requirements.

FAQ

Questions we get

When do I need decontamination instead of disinfection?

Disinfection is a surface treatment for a normal, clean space. Decontamination is for a space with a known contamination source — an outbreak, rodents, sewage, hoarding — where the air, contents and structure all need to be treated and the source removed.

Can you decontaminate a business overnight?

Yes. Most offices, gyms and daycares are treated after hours and are ready to reopen by morning. Larger facilities are phased so operations continue.

Is rodent cleanup dangerous to do myself?

Sweeping or vacuuming dry droppings can put particles in the air. We wet-clean under containment with HEPA filtration and full PPE, which is the method public-health agencies recommend.

Do you provide anything I can show tenants or staff?

Yes. A written clearance report with product data sheets, ATP readings and photos is included with every decontamination job.
